​**Wind Advisory is in effect from Wednesday at 6pm EST till Thursday at 4am EST**

WEDNESDAY: Overcast skies and showers increasing in the early evening hours. Highs will stay warm though, in the mid to upper 60s with breezy southerly winds at 20-25 mph inland and over 30 mph off the coast of the Chesapeake Bay. Winds will also gust occasionally over 50 mph at times. Overnight, rain will finally end off before midnight with lows crashing down in the upper 20s and low 30s with the passage of the powerful cold front. Expect rainfall totals between 0.5” to 1” with isolated amounts surpassing an inch.

THURSDAY: Much colder conditions with clearer skies and highs in low to mid 40s. Winds will shift westward and decrease to 10-15 mph. Lows overnight will dip back into the mid to upper 20s with clear skies prevailing.

FRIDAY: Mostly sunny skies and a little warmer reaching the upper 40s to low 50s. Winds will come back from the south but will stay calm anywhere between 10-13 mph. For the night, the lows will drop to the upper 30s to the low 40s with clouds increasing.

SATURDAY: Overcast skies once again with another chance of rain entering the region early afternoon. Warmer though, with highs reaching the mid to upper 50s. Winds will rush in from the south but quickly shift northerly with overnight lows in the low to mid 40s.

SUNDAY: Mostly cloudy skies, slight chance of rain, and staying warm with highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Northeasterly winds at 5-10 mph and low temps falling back to upper 40s.
