The National Weather Service completed a damage survey, concluding that a brief, two-minute EF-0 tornado touched down within the Mount Vista Estates Subdivision along Vista View Court in Fork, Maryland at 3:28PM on Monday, June 10th, 2013. Several trees were uprooted in this area, while residents of the area reported to see debris swirling in a tornado-like fashion. Across the street from the Fork United Methodist Church, fallen trees lead to some fence damage on a property along Fork Road. In the end, as the tornado lifted around 3:30PM, the tornado only traveled on the ground for about a half of a mile, with a maximum path width of one hundred yards. Maximum wind gusts within the tornado were estimated to be about 80 MPH, with no fatalities or injuries reported.
