turning cooler for the weekend

Temperatures this Friday reached the mid 70s across the area. It will be a while before we see this warmth again, however. A cold front will cross the region tonight. A couple showers are possible, with the best chance over northern portions of Charles and Calvert.

Skies will clear during the day on Saturday. It will turn out to be windy with northwest winds gusting to 30 mph. Temperatures will top out around 60°. Winds will diminish Saturday night as temperatures fall into the 30s. High temperatures on Sunday will be around 60° again with sunshine and a steady breeze.

Monday will be cooler with increasing clouds. Highs will be in the low 50s. A storm system will move into the region on Tuesday, likely bringing rain and breezy conditions. We will dry out by Thanksgiving Day, although it will be on the chilly side.
